During the Salone del Mobile 2016 in Milan, Atelier Clerici hosted Offprint Library, a library that sells contemporary publications in the fields of design and architecture. Offprint selected 150 publications to stimulate a critical approach and reinforce the consideration of political, environmental and social issues in the process of design production. Offprint library in Milano was also an open-source design project; an existing exhibition system by Lukas Wegwerth was reconfigured and staged for Offprint by LoFi Studio, both as a display system, library and a meeting place that could host lectures and events. The ensemble was conceived and built according to the OpenStructures design principles. The original project was a collaboration with the University of the Arts Berlin for „Graduale 13“exhibition by the Graduate School - with the support of Einstein Foundation Berlin.
